Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any service on the bajibd platform. By accessing bajibd, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bajibd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bajibd website at bajibd.im, including all games, betting markets, account services, promotional offers, and related features made available through that website (collectively, the "Services").

Any winnings accumulated on an underage account will be forfeited in full.
2.2 One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on bajibd. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. bajibd may close all accounts held by the same individual and forfeit any balances in those accounts upon discovery of multiple registrations.
2.3 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your bajibd account, including your legal name, date of birth, and registered mobile number. You are required to keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration details is a breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajibd account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bajibd will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Wallet
All transactions on bajibd are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). bajibd supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may change, and bajibd reserves the right to add or remove payment options at its discretion.
- Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount at bajibd is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method.
- Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed to the player's verified payment method. Processing times vary by payment method and account verification status. Verified accounts experience faster processing times.
- Withdrawal timing: bajibd aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Delays may occur during peak periods, system maintenance, or where additional identity verification is required.
- Fraud prevention: bajibd reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of this Agreement.
- Unified wallet: Your bajibd balance is a single unified wallet shared across all products — casino, sportsbook, and slots. There are no separate sub-wallets for different game categories.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
bajibd may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, and validity periods that are communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The general principles governing all promotions are set out below.
4.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your bajibd account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
4.2 Validity Periods
All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated free bets that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstance.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing hedging bets across accounts, or using automated software — constitutes bonus abuse. bajibd reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse winnings, and permanently close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
4.4 Promotion Changes
bajibd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform. Players who have already opted in to a promotion prior to a material change will be notified where reasonably practicable.
5. Game Rules & Fair Play
All casino games available on bajibd — including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and virtual sports — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are delivered by accredited live studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Deposit Limits
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their bajibd account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
Session Time Reminders
Players may configure session time reminders to receive periodic notifications about the duration of their current gaming session. These reminders are intended to encourage periodic breaks and promote awareness of time spent on the Platform.
Cooling-Off Periods
A cooling-off period temporarily suspends access to the bajibd Platform for a chosen duration (for example, 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During a cooling-off period, the player's account remains open but no deposits, bets, or game sessions may be initiated.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel they need a longer break from gaming may request self-exclusion through the bajibd support team. Self-exclusion closes the account for a minimum period of six (6) months. During self-exclusion, bajibd will take reasonable steps to prevent the player from opening a new account. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected].

7. Intellectual Property
All content available on the bajibd Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface designs, audio files, and video content — is the property of bajibd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal and non-commercial gaming entertainment.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any content from the bajibd Platform without the prior written consent of bajibd. Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
8. Privacy & Data
bajibd collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by players during registration and through subsequent use of the Platform. The collection and handling of personal data is governed by the bajibd Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions.
By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. bajibd uses SSL encryption on all data transmissions between your device and the Platform to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your information.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajibd's total liability to any player in connection with the Platform and its Services — whether in contract, tort, negligence, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bajibd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if bajibd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
bajibd does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. The Platform may be subject to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, during which access may be temporarily unavailable. bajibd accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime or technical failures outside its reasonable control.
10. Account Termination
bajibd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bajibd reasonably believes that the player has:
- Provided false or misleading registration information
- Breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct in connection with the Platform
- Attempted to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities
- Opened multiple accounts or allowed a third party to use their account
- Failed to satisfy age verification or identity verification requirements
Upon account closure for any breach of this Agreement, bajibd reserves the right to forfeit the player's entire remaining balance. Where an account is closed at the player's own request without any breach, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard processing.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate legal mechanisms available in the relevant jurisdiction.
